Our Policies

Turnaround Times:
Shipped orders will go out within 1-2 days of ordering. Pick Up orders will usually be ready to be picked up within the hour, but some items are stored off-site and may not be ready until the following day. This usually only applies to seasonal items that are out of season (for example, ordering a Christmas item or winter hat in July). Please wait for an email telling you that your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping:
Orders are shipped by the carrier and service that you select at checkout. Please note that USPS Package Service is the slowest delivery service that we offer and may take 2-6 business days to arrive. USPS does not guarantee delivery of Package Service items in a certain time frame, so if you need your order quickly, please select Priority Mail.

Returns:
Returns are accepted on brand-new, unused, unwashed items with tags within 30 days of the order. Please contact us for return shipping information. When sending a return, make sure to select a service that provides a tracking number. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment minus shipping costs. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, seasonal merchandise, or pantry items.
