Online Return Policy

Online Returns:

We’re happy to accept returns on brand-new, unused, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or special-order items
  • Seasonal merchandise
  • Bath and body products
  • Food items
  • Sale items

To start a return, please contact us for instructions. Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.

We recommend using a shipping method with tracking, as we’re unable to issue refunds for items lost in transit.

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, minus original shipping costs. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

You’re also welcome to return online purchases in person at the shop.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:

We want you to love what you receive. If something arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

To get started, email us at notowngoods@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and its original packaging

Because we’re a small business and work closely with independent makers, we do require damaged items to be returned. This allows us to better understand what happened and continue improving our packaging and processes.

Once your request has been reviewed, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back.

Please note:

  • Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible
  • Claims submitted after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible
  • We reserve the right to deny claims that cannot be verified or do not meet these requirements
